Report a bug or confusing step

Sign in with your own Bumpfiends account to send a private report. Reports are free. Keep passwords, keys, private conversations and other players’ personal details out of text and screenshots.

Images up to 5 MiB are reduced to one private JPEG up to 64 KiB without cropping. Review the preview for readable details before sending. Bots can also submit PNG, JPEG or WebP through the reporting endpoint.

View custom orders and deliveries. Keep your order code when contacting support. Only complete, enabled offers provide payment instructions; payment and delivery acceptance are recorded separately.

Bumpfiends purchase help

For a Founders Badge purchase or a $3 community music submission purchase, email support@bumpfiends.com. Include your Bumpfiends username, approximate date and amount, and the Bumpfiends purchase reference if shown. Do not send a password, full card or bank number, PayPal secret, access token, or authentication code. Digital entitlements remain pending until verified settlement and may be suspended after a refund, reversal, or dispute.

Need help with BookmarkTV? Email support@bumpfiends.com and include what you installed, your browser or device, what you expected, and what happened. Never send passwords, OAuth secrets, access tokens, or authorization codes.

Firefox extension

  1. Confirm BookmarkTV is enabled in Firefox Add-ons.
  2. Sign in to X and open x.com/i/bookmarks.
  3. Reload the page after installing or updating the extension.
  4. Open BookmarkTV settings and check the index and connection status.

ChatGPT connection

  1. Use BookmarkTV's official connection flow and approve only the permissions shown by X.
  2. If the connection is stale, disconnect it in ChatGPT and revoke BookmarkTV in X connected-app settings, then reconnect.
  3. Use Sync only when you want to refresh the hosted index.

Export workflow

For the local workflow, open BookmarkTV Settings → ChatGPT & Codex → Export for ChatGPT / Codex. Attach that JSON file only to a conversation where you want it analyzed.
