Terms

These terms govern use of BookmarkTV and related Bumpfiends software provided by Creative Business. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You must have the right to access and process the information you connect or supply. Do not use BookmarkTV to bypass authentication, access another person's bookmarks, violate platform rules or other people's rights, or perform unlawful activity.

Your accounts and content

You are responsible for your X, Firefox, ChatGPT, and Codex accounts; the exports you create; and the content you choose to connect. Keep credentials and authorization codes private. You retain your rights in content you provide.

Independent service

BookmarkTV is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp., Mozilla, or OpenAI. Your use of those products remains subject to each provider's terms and policies.

Availability and generated output

The software is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change as browsers, APIs, and platform requirements evolve. Search, indexing, and model-generated summaries may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Verify important information against the original post.

Bumpfiends purchases

Bumpfiends checkout sells only the products and services listed with a specific price and delivery description. The one-time $50 Founders Badge is a digital profile good delivered to the signed-in Bumpfiends account only after payment is verified and settled. The $3 community music purchase provides one private submission and review workflow; it does not guarantee approval or publication. A refund, reversal, chargeback, or buyer-favor dispute may suspend or revoke the related digital entitlement. Subscriptions are not offered until recurring terms, cancellation, and account controls are published.

Community music submissions

The $3 community music checkout purchases one account-bound submission opportunity and review workflow; it does not guarantee approval, publication, playback, promotion, audience, or revenue. You must own or control every right needed for uploaded audio and must follow the submission and moderation rules shown before upload. Final rejection and refund terms will be displayed before production music payments are activated.

Payment help

PayPal processes checkout and settlement. Contact support@bumpfiends.com with your Bumpfiends username, approximate payment date, and the Bumpfiends receipt or intent identifier. Never email a password, card number, bank number, PayPal access token, or authentication code.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or discontinue access when necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or service maintenance. You may stop using BookmarkTV and revoke connected access at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creative Business is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of BookmarkTV, connected services, or your handling of exported or synchronized data.
